Aluna provides curated datasets and benchmarking tools for life science AI, including: OncoBench, a comprehensive oncology AI benchmarking suite with standardized datasets, evaluation metrics, and cross-cancer performance comparisons; PathFoundry, a dataset of 2M+ whole slide images across 25+ tumor types with H&E, IHC, and IF stains and pathologist annotations; and Duplex, a multi-modal dataset combining whole genome sequencing with clinical information and digitized pathology slides for integrated analysis. The platform also positions itself as a data foundry, enabling researchers to access, evaluate, and work with core life science AI datasets and infrastructure.
